Selected as a Teacher Exchange delegate representing Gilbert Public Schools through the Gilbert Sister Cities international education program.

Key Activities:

• Collaborated with educators in Leshan, China, to exchange instructional practices, cultural perspectives, and curriculum design approaches.

• Delivered classroom demonstrations, participated in local school visits, and facilitated professional dialogue on STEM education and project-based learning.

• Hosted visiting educators in Gilbert to strengthen the partnership and promote global understanding in education.

Impact:

This exchange fostered cross-cultural collaboration and brought innovative teaching strategies back to Gilbert classrooms, enriching both communities through shared educational experiences.
